Sage Chapel Cemetery is a special place. Quietly, it shares at least one hundred stories. Just like any cemetery. There one can find peace as they visit a friend or a relative. What makes it special is how no matter what happens it continues its mission. It continues to be a memorial, when it is passed by and nearly forgotten. Vandals have struck it yet it continues to serve. And even when it seems no one knows what to do, it inspires a community to pull together.
Established in 1881 by a purchase from Mitchell Castlio to the Trustees Walter Burl, Jack Patterson and Taylor Harris.
